German Pancakes

3 eggs
½ C. evaporated milk
½ C. flour
¼ tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

            Whip eggs well.  Add milk, flour, and salt, mix well.  Add butter.  Pour in ungreased 9x9 pan.  Bake at 425º for 15-20 min.  Serve warm with fruit and whipped cream.
