Easy Carmel Corn

½  C butter
1 C. brown sugar
¼ C. corn syrup
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. vanilla


Boil butter, sugar, syrup and salt for 5 min. stirring constantly.  Add baking soda and vanilla.  Pour over popcorn.  Spread on greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 250º for 15 min.
