Corn Bread

1 C. flour
1 C. cornmeal
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 C. milk
¼ C. oil


In a medium mixing bowl stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar bakng powder and salt.  Make a well in the center. 

In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, and oil.  Add all at once to dry ingredients.  .  stir just until moistened.  Spoon batter into greased 9x9 pan.  Bake at 425º for 20-25 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
