Chocolate Frosting

¼ - ½ C. butter, melted
¼ C. cocoa, heaping
¼ C. evaporated milk
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla (add more to taste)
Approx. 3 C. powdered sugar


Mix cocoa and butter.  Add milk, salt and vanilla.  Slowly add powdered sugar until spreading consistency.  Mix until creamy.
